What's your view on criticism in a progress situation and how do you handle it?
Critisism is one of the best things a guildie can do bcz yes sometimes it bother but when u take it and learn it usualy u become a bettre player, so i love being critisied bcz of the experiance u get form it to become a better player.

Nexmilitis(broke apart main ele shaman), End Time prophets(main ele shaman, izzybeth did not like me and i was unfailry gkicked) and Gruesome(guild broke apart)

My currnt tree spec is elemental i chose this bcz i love the animation and the roll of a elemental shaman and find them every ammusing to play, i chose it bcz its how i lvl'd and it was my 2nd 80 and was overall my favorite

My secondary spec is resto i did this bcz shaman healing i find is the only fun way to heal, and have never collected enhance gear

I will change whenever need'd to help guild progress

ATM i reprofession myself and am starting up mining Jc my mining is 240 and jc at 1 by the time im done mining my jc shoudl be high 400's and i have the gold to power lvl them only been at mining for about 1-2 hours, ipicked them for the huge jewl upgrades u get form being a jc'er and i will most likly start fishing/cooking very soon to be a benifical apsect to the guild

Yes, im willing to do what it takes at all cost to provide guild help and turning myself into IWS material

Tell us about some upgrades or goals you have for your character.
What i plan to do, is get a4 more triumph badges so that i can upgrade my gloves and eventualy totoaly upgrade my guy to become a HASTE machine, reason being gear is so lacking is a accident happend and i stopped playing my character so now i came back and have been pushing though to be able to become gear current and become a better payer.

How do you evaluate yourself at the end of a raid night?
It all depends, if i knew i did bad i will not hold back and say i fail, and ask or look up as to what i can do to become better or make it better, but as i play i try to fix my mistake befor the raid ends and turn the tide aroudn to make it a good night. Most nights i find i do good, and usualy am top 5 for dps. That saying being with IWS ppl i do not expect to be top 5 with ur insane DPS

Well i play wow, and i play it well, i search and i theorycraft to become a better player and will do w.e it takes to do so, im the kind of guy who will help u guys no matter what, and will raid whenever ask and drop w.e im doing "Farming,pvping" w.e i will raid until the raid is over or until called by the gm, and will suggest way that i researched to be better if not already being diplayed, im often known as a funny guy and ppl get a good laugh, but im a very serious raider and will not stop pushing until it is done, And i hope that you guys see that, and if i have ever been with any in a raid or grp im sure i will not have a bad rep

Do you do any research outside of the game? If so, how often?
I do, usualy i do if im unaware of whats up or if want a upper edge on the average player. i do this though goodle and MMOchampion to help myself,often i will seek out a very reputable player and ask them a few questions aswell.

What do you have to offer the guild?
To offer to this guild i have a very strong raider and a dedicated player, i will provide a good aspect to the guild and become a IWS worthy ele shaman, I also can help bcz i will do what it taks to progress the raid without question, and work hard to get respect.

What are your expectations from us?
I expect you guys to welcom me to the guild and help me if need'd without being afraid to speak up, i expect a guild to become a end gamer PVE hero and hope that i can offer u guys what you want form me.

How do you spend your time in-game outside of raid time?
I usualy farm for materials to better myself such as right now i went and Farm (Relic of uldaur past 2 days to get the shoudler enchant) aswell as mining now to get much better gems, or i play around pvp and do the dailys to make more gold to help freinds. or to farm for mats for raids!

What is up with Delay's cat?

Hey Flekz! Just a couple questions.. Your talent tree/glyphs look good. JW why you invested a point in Improved Fire Nova Totem instead 3/3 in EoS? Looks like u logged out wearing a pumpkin head. It looks awesome, but not very useful for raiding... lol Looks like u have a lot of MP5 gear, which im sure u know isnt really beneficial for an ele sham. Our haste goal is around 520, which your a little behind in. Looks like ur also using a PvP Cloak and Gloves. Gear these days is pretty easy to come by. i would suggest running 5 man ToC on both Heroic and Normal. Its a fairly easy instance and Kurisu's IndecisionSinner's Confession (heroic) Abyssal Rune (Reg) are decent drops and a step in the right direction.

As for your UI, it looks pretty basic. Im curious to see what ur UI looks like in raid. What type of Key binds or macros do u have set up? What type of rotation are u using? What totems do u typically use? There are a few mods i would look into getting, such as Totem Timers. Its great for managing weapon buff, water shield, and keeping track of totems.

OH shit sorry guy about the gloves and helm... as helm i have t8.5 and gloves are atm Valor(t7.5)That i will be raplceing hopefully today with 4 more badges , but i was mining and very boring so i threw a pumpkin head on and put gathering on the gloves to help a little. vAs for key bindings they are done with mouse clicks by mouse is able to have 9 basic mous clics and up to 45 macros and what not. And as for the mp5 yea i do agree but i left this char after 1 uldaur run, and alot fo the mp5 gear was replacing 10 nax and giving mroe crit or more haste then my perivous gear. and yes with the abysll rune i will rpelace when it drops i just thought the haste proc+ sp proc worked better togther but as someoen stated (only on boss fights they are good) But i do appreciate the help and im hoping u guys liek what u see bcz i wanna make my way up, As for the 1 fire tlent it was a quick place to put 1 when i was lvling i found it pretty usful if necesarry i will replace it

Our Shaman Officer / GM has been rather busy as of late (He is moving I believe?) so he might not have had a chance to get in touch with you. Just be patience and he'll speak with you in game or post here.

But keep in mind we currently have two Elemental Shamans in the guild, so I am current unsure if we're looking to recruit another one.
